Tips For Body Changing Results

Carrie Ann’s Tips

1] Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water to start. You can alternate water and crystal light.
2] Have protein with every meal.
3] Be sure to eat at least 5-6 meals a day. It sounds like a lot, but its not.
4]If you are in a rush you can drink a protein shake, but make sure its low in carbs and sugars.
5]Don’t be afraid of carbs, but good have carbs.  Have plain oats, sweet potato, whole grains, and brown rice.
6] In order to begin your body transformation, you must begin with your diet first.  You will be pleasantly surprised.  Then go ahead and do your exercises. Diet and exercise go hand in hand.
7] I cook 1 dozen chicken breasts and individually bag them.  I also usually freeze them and when I’m ready to eat the chicken breasts I pull them out the night before.  I do the exact same thing with my sweet potatoes.

Sample Menu

Meal 1
4-5 egg whites, 1/2 cup cooked oats sweetened with stevia and 1/2 cup blueberries
Meal 2
Protein shake
Meal 3
Chicken wrap (whole grain tortilla, chicken breast, 1 cup fresh spinach, pico de gallo)
Meal 4
Plain Greek yogurt and maybe fruit
Meal 5
Chicken breast (ground white turkey, fish, or shrimp) brown rice, veggies (broccoli, green beans, asparagus)

Meal 6
Low fat cottage cheese with udos oil

I also try to bring a cooler with some food pre-packed.  If you’re out at restaurants don’t be afraid to ask for plain foods not cooked in butter.  For example, you can ask for steamed vegetables.
